Senior Software Developer cum Software Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer cum Software Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise across modern programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms, and databases, combined with proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of developers.

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, assigning tasks, conducting code reviews, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and clients to define technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Recommend and implement tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance productivity and quality.

• Frontend Frameworks: Angular, React, Vue.js
• Backend Frameworks: Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, Laravel, ASP.NET Core
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, Oracle
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
• DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Other Skills: RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, GraphQL, WebSockets, ERP/CRM Integration, GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS preferred)

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 812 years of professional software development experience, with at least 35 years in a team leadership/management role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Hands-on experience with GIS-based solutions and enterprise-grade applications.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration, data analytics, and API-driven architectures.
• Prior experience in working with government/enterprise IT projects will be an added advantage.
