Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic Senior Soft Skills Trainers to train students and professionals on personality development, communication skills, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sessions on communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership, interview preparation, and business etiquette.
• Design and deliver customized training content as per audience profile.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play sessions.
• Provide one-on-one coaching as needed.
• Help improve students’ confidence and corporate readiness.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent public speaking and interactive training skills.
• Empathetic and motivational teaching style.
• Experience working with college students or fresh graduates is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,560.81 - ₹60,099.03 per month

Work Location: In person
