Job Description

Microland Limited is looking for Senior SME - Unix & Linux (UL1) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for Linux-based systems. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Linux solutions that meet those requirements. Implement and maintain Linux systems, applications, and services. Optimize Linux systems for performance and security, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Develop and maintain system documentation, including installation procedures, configuration settings, and user guides. Lead projects related to Linux infrastructure and provide guidance and mentorship to other team members. Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for Linux systems. Participate in incident response and problem management activities related to Linux systems. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and applications, including Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
