Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Supervisor - Interiors, located in Lucknow. The Senior Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise the installation process, and coordinate with the design team and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing quality control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Site supervision and project management skills
• Experience in interior design, installation, and quality control
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage team members
• Experience in the modular interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
