Senior Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead the on-site execution of high-end residential/commercial projects. The role involves hands-on supervision of civil works, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, site safety, and material usage.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and daily work logs.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms and quality benchmarks.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of site execution experience in residential/commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing, and service coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
