Position Overview: As a Trainee Engineer in the 24x7 Monitoring and Support Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, monitoring ETC systems among all the Toll Plaza, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. This entry-level role is designed to develop technical expertise and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, round-the-clock environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor central CCH dashboard, respond to alters and incidents in a timely manner. Monitor IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.¢ Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.¢ Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and Toll Management system applications.¢ Document incidents, resolutions, and system updates accurately in ticketing systems.¢ Escalate complex issues observations to bank and senior engineers while tracking progress and updates.¢ Participate in shift rotations to provide 24x7 support coverage.¢ Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and knowledge sharing. Required Skills and Qualifications:¢ Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting.¢ Familiarity with operating system installation (Windows/Linux) and application configuration.¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.¢ Good communication skills (verbal and written) for effective interaction with team members and end-users.¢ Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.¢ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Preferred Skills (Additional Advantage):¢ Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server) and familiarity with DDL (Data Definition Language) and DML (Data Manipulation Language) commands. Education and Experience:¢ Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.¢ Freshers or candidates or up to 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role are encouraged to apply.
