AADYA INFRA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, construction supervision, and technical knowledge of BBS and Auto Level machine operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of on-site activities and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all construction activities at the site Operate Auto Level machine for accurate leveling and surveying Interpret and implement BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) drawings Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and vendors Monitor daily progress and ensure work is executed as per project plans and specifications Maintain site records, work logs, and progress reports Enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on site Resolve any technical/site-related issues promptly Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution and construction projects Proficient in using Auto Level instruments and reading/interpreting BBS drawings Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills
