Senior Site Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and manage site operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with hands-on experience in construction site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure quality control, material management, and adherence to project budgets.
• Maintain documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory guidelines at the site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in site execution and construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on schedule.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
