Senior Services Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior Service RM, handling post-sales servicing for mutual fund and insurance clients- Resolve client queries related to transactions, portfolio reports, redemptions, policy servicing,nominations, etc.- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, insurance companies for query resolution- Guide and supervise junior back-office staff on daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow- Maintain TAT for servicing and manage escalations effectively- Prepare and share MIS reports, transaction summaries, renewal trackers, and investment reports- Ensure data hygiene in CRM and proper record-keeping for compliance- Support the sales team by providing necessary documentation and backend assistance- Follow up internally to ensure pending work is completed on time - be a good executor andtask-closerSkills & Requirements:- Prior experience in handling mutual fund and insurance operations- Understanding of MF platforms (like NSE NMF, BSE Star MF, CAMS/Karvy) and insurance portals- Ability to handle service calls/emails from HNI clients professionally- Leadership skills to guide junior operations staff- Strong coordination and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery- Basic Excel and report generation knowledge preferred- Proactive, process-driven, and reliable
