Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Service Technician located in Ramagundam. The Senior Service Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will also collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Proven skills in Troubleshooting
• Experience in providing Field Service
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field preferred
