A Service Technician should perform installations , diagnose and fix problems that they find in air conditioning systems. In order to diagnose problems , technicians may test system performance using special equipment such as hand tools , diagnostic tools etc. 1. Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. 2. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. 3. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. 4. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. 5. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. 6. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. 7. Understanding of advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. 8. Understanding of advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. 9. Working and repairing knowledge of VRF systems. 10. Must be able to write Service Reports legibly in English only.
