Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Service Technician at Maansarovar Honda Cars, located in Chennai. Daily responsibilities include performing vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, executing repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Senior Service Technician will diagnose and resolve both mechanical and technical issues, ensure quality standards are met in all service operations, and maintain equipment functionality to support efficient service processes. Qualifications Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to perform general service, periodic maintenance, and repair operations. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and technical issues efficiently. Experience in Field Service, with the capability to handle diagnostic equipment and tools effectively. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work on-site in Chennai and coordinate effectively within a team. Relevant certifications in automotive service or repairs, and a strong understanding of Honda cars, are highly desirable.
