Service Desk Support Specialist (L2/L3) We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless IT support operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise IT support, a strong technical background, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking. Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for unresolved cases. Configure and maintain Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments. Assist with networking issues, security configurations, and system optimizations. Utilize remote desktop applications and help desk software to deliver efficient support. Document solutions, create technical manuals, and improve internal support processes. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance and security. Requirements & Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Service Desk Support Specialist , IT Support Specialist, or Senior Help Desk Technician. In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments. Strong expertise in networking, system administration, and IT security protocols. Hands-on experience with remote troubleshooting tools, ticketing systems, and ITSM platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to provide clear, step-by-step guidance for resolving technical issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred). Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
