Service Desk Support Specialist (L2/L3) We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless IT support operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise IT support, a strong technical background, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Ability to provide clear, step-by-step guidance for resolving technical issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred). Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
