End User Services Project Delivery Manager

A Project Delivery Manager with 15+yeras of experience and responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and support to Enterprise level projects. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution: Excellent Knowalge on Project Delivery Cycle i.e Planning, Execution, Governance, Reporting and Presentation

2. Team Coordination: Coordinate Internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

4. Risk Management: Capabilities to Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user experience.

7. Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources required for projects, ensuring optimal utilization.

8. Service Level Governance: Should have the Good experice to maintian the SLA, OLA and UPC

9. Service Improvement Plan: Should have good knowledge to identify the Gaps and arrive the improvement plan.

9. Service Life Cycle: Excellent knowledge and exposure on Service Life Cycle

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of IT service management and project management methodologies.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Strong leadership and team management skills.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Certifications such as ITIL Compulsory and PMP or PRINCE2.

8. Should have at least 12-15 years in Corporate Delivery & Banking project.

9. Excellent Communication Skill to present the reports to CTO
