Senior Security Engineer - PAM

The candidate will support the implementation and administration of PAM solution of the organisation. He will be responsible for PAM operations, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure privilege access are implemented inline with organisation security policies. This role should enforce least privilege access, ensure compliance, reduce security risk, and continuously improve the organization security posture

Responsibilities:

1. Privilege Access Management
1.1 Support the design, deployment and maintenance of PAM solution. 1.2 Manage end-to-end lifecycle of privileged accounts including onboarding, provisioning, access reviews and deprovisioning. 1.3 Support for PAM policies, standards and procedures across system and application. 1.4 Monitor and investigate privileged user activities and escalate anomalies. 1.5 Coordinated with internal teams for Asset/user onboarding and compliance. 1.6 Conduct regular access reviews and reconciliation of privileged accounts. 1.7 Drive break-glass and emergency access process, periodic DR Drills and Documentation. 2. Operation support 2.1 Support Day-to-Day operations, achieve high availability for the PAM solution, No operational disruption. 2.2 Maintain up-to-date documentation - SOPs, Architecture diagrams etc. 2.3 Implement configuration changes and deployments according to established change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best practices. 2.4 Ensure hardening, latest stable version and security patches of PAM solution. 2.5 Meet the SLAs with all internal and external stakeholders, work with OEM for resolution of technical issues. 2.6 Investigate and respond to escalated security incidents from L1 teams. Work closely with L1, L3, and other IT teams to resolve complex security issues. 2.7 Log Analysis and prepare RCA. 2.8 Provide support to users and departments regarding access related issues. 2.9 Resolve ITSM ticket within TAT. 2.10 Generate daily/weekly reports for management review. 2.11 Prepare detailed incident reports, including timelines, impact analysis, and remediation steps. 2.12 Assist in developing and updating security policies, procedures, and runbooks. 3. Administration of PAM Solution. 3.1 Configure, finetune, and optimize security Policies etc. 3.2 Integration of security tools with other IT infrastructure 3.3 Patching and VA mitigation of PIM solution as per Organization Policy. 3.4 Ensure cybersecurity tools are in compliance with organizational security policies and procedures

Knowledge:

1.Should have sound understanding and knowledge of Privilege
Access Management (PAM), Vulnerability Management (VA), Database, DNS. 2. Should have knowledge & understanding of IT infrastructure and security principles. Ability to analyse endpoint, network, and application logs. 3.Should have hands on experience on PAM platform Management, Asset integration, Risk prioritization and mitigation. Finetune, configuring and thresholds for PAM. 4. Understanding of regulatory requirements, security policies, and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS. 5. Should be well versed with ITIL and ITSM practices.
