Job Description

Should have in depth knowledge of Proxy Infrastructure & Network Infrastructure.Key Skill - Network Security ,Zscaler, Symantec ProxySG, Cisco OpenDSN, DLP, Symantec CAS, Management Center and SSL V. Should have good knowledge & L3 Level Troubleshooting Skills on the above mentioned Products of Zscaler or Symantec.1) Knowledge and exepertice in configuring and reviewing technical rule sets and policies ensuring consistency across all devices. Knowledge of threat life cycle. Threat detection/prevention on traffic via proxy.2) The Associate should be able to gather the business requirements and based in inputs Design & Implementation end to end architecture.3) The associate should handle all Level 3 Change Request & Implementation orgnization wide4) The associate should have analytical ability of Identify Problems based on Alert Monitoring & drive them until closure5) The associate should have team management skills and should be able to handle ticketing Management6) The associate should have handle Escalation calls KEY SKILLS: Proxy (Zscaler, Proxy Management, Proxy - Forcepoint /Websense Triton / Zscaler
