Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Tools (Netscaler and Imperva):

Managing both on-prem and cloud-based WAF deployments:
Citrix NetScaler\
Imperva WAF: Manage gateway appliances and virtual deployments, ensuring high availability, low latency, and SSL acceleration
Configure and maintain WAF policies, signatures, and profiles.
Apply Web App Firewall protection to VPN, authentication, and portal endpoints in NetScaler environments
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and vendor best practices
Handle 3–4 change requests and 10–12 troubleshooting tasks weekly for WAF platforms
Contribute to CXO dashboards and Power BI reporting for perimeter security
Act as a domain-specific SME within the broader CDC team, collaborating with DLP, EDR, and Cloud Security SMEs
Support cross-skilling initiatives to reduce dependency and improve operational resilience
