Senior Security Analyst

As a Senior Security Analyst at Edwards India Private Ltd, your role will involve maintaining the cybersecurity posture of the Vacuum Technique Business Area. You will lead a team of Security analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure performance objectives are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the security team. You will represent Security Operations within the global technology team and establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of security operations. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing automation to enhance security across the business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of Security analysts - Establishing metrics and monitoring the effectiveness of Security Operations - Identifying and implementing automation to improve security - Overseeing Security Operations activities such as Incident Response, Admin access requests, and Security and firewall changes assessment - Managing Vulnerability Management activities including Pentest Scoping, Follow-Ups, and Reporting - Collaborating with Group IT operations, infrastructure teams, and external vendors - Documenting security procedures, best practices, and lessons learned - Managing Mergers & Acquisitions integration, risk identification and remediation - Providing detailed security reports and presentations for senior management To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8-10 years of experience in Security Operations - Hands-on experience in Security Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Assessment and Management, Threat Intelligence, Patch Management, and Configuration Management - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards such as NIST, CRA, CMMC, ISO 27001, CISM - A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, CISM are highly desirable Your personal attributes should include: - Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to security management - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to security risk management Join Edwards India Private Ltd on their journey for a better tomorrow, where diverse perspectives are valued, and a culture of inclusion and innovation is fostered.,
