Senior Search Engine Optimization Executive

The Senior SEO Executive develops and executes SEO strategies to enhance online presence, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings for the organization or its clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development

• Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic search visibility and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content, URLs) and off-page factors (backlinks, outreach).
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.

Technical SEO:

• Perform technical audits to identify and fix issues like site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
• Implement structured data (schema markup) to enhance search engine understanding of content.
• Optimize existing content for target keywords, user intent, and search engine algorithms.

• Mentor and train junior SEO team members, sharing best practices and industry updates.
• Lead SEO projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Adapt strategies to align with evolving SEO best practices and emerging technologies (e.g., voice search, AI-driven search).

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
4. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
5. Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, with a focus on staying up-to-date with evolving search engine algorithms.
