Job Description

3 4 yrs in Veeva Vault configuration & admin CTMS.
3 4 yrs working with CTMS workflows study setup, site management, monitoring, milestones
3 4 yrs handling moderate complex incidents, RCA, and issue resolution
3 4 yrs validating releases, regression testing, and supporting configuration deployments
3 4 yrs supporting SaaS applications in Life Sciences
3 4 yrs using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) for incident/change management
3 4 yrs creating and maintaining Vault reports, dashboards, and documentation

Veeva Vault Certification (Admin / Business Admin)
Understanding of GxP and validation documentation standards (CSV/CSA)
Exposure to data migration, API-based integration troubleshooting, or interface logs
Basic SQL skills for data validation and reporting tasks.
We are seeking experienced Veeva Vault L2 Support Analysts to provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and configuration management across Veeva Vault solutions including Clinical (CTMS).
The role focuses on ensuring system stability, efficient issue resolution, and smooth business operations
