Job Opportunity: Senior SCM Consultant SAP S/4 HANA |

Location: Bangalore, Pune , Hyderabad

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4 HANA SCM design, configuration, and implementation.
Translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Configure SCM modules:
MM, WM, PP, SD, QM
.
Drive full lifecycle implementations and global rollouts.
Integrate SCM with SAP/third-party systems.
Develop functional specs, test scripts & training materials.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder presentations.
Provide post-go-live support & drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
8+ years
of SAP SCM experience, with
3+ years
in S/4 HANA.
Expertise across at least
2 manufacturing types
: Repetitive | Discrete | Process | Configure-to-Order
Strong command of
MRP Live
, 3PL integrations, MES systems.
Hands-on experience in web application integration with SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in SCM modules.
Experience with
SAP Fiori
and
Variant Configuration
.
Knowledge of global rollouts & data migration strategies.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager & Activate methodology.

Technical & Industry Expertise

Deep understanding of S/4 HANA architecture & HANA DB.
Familiarity with RF-based warehouse operations.
Manufacturing domain experience in: Equipment, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, etc.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities.
Leadership experience & ability to mentor junior consultants.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
