Key Responsibilities

• Edit promotional and scientific content for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, tense usage, and compliance with client/brand style guidelines.
• Proofread materials to confirm that no unintended changes are made during revisions, verify reviewer comments are fully incorporated, and check ISI against approved versions.
• Format documents as per journal and congress submission requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to style guides such as AMA Manual of Style and client-specific editorial standards.
• Deliver consistently high-quality outputs that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Participate in and sometimes lead internal/team discussions to resolve complex review issues, offering constructive solutions.
• Join client calls alongside review leads and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Allocate tasks within the team, review completed jobs, and provide feedback to maintain error-free deliverables.
• Mentor and train team members by creating technical training modules and documentation resources.
• Encourage adherence to best practices in editing, communication, documentation, and process management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

Desired Profile

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences or English.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken English (TOEFL/IELTS scores preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Editorial Expertise: Familiarity with AMA Manual of Style and client-specific editorial guides.
