Proofread materials to confirm that no unintended changes are made during revisions, verify reviewer comments are fully incorporated, and check ISI against approved versions. Format documents as per journal and congress submission requirements. Ensure strict adherence to style guides such as AMA Manual of Style and client-specific editorial standards. Deliver consistently high-quality outputs that meet or exceed client expectations. Participate in and sometimes lead internal/team discussions to resolve complex review issues, offering constructive solutions. Join client calls alongside review leads and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Allocate tasks within the team, review completed jobs, and provide feedback to maintain error-free deliverables. Mentor and train team members by creating technical training modules and documentation resources. Encourage adherence to best practices in editing, communication, documentation, and process management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities. Desired Profile Education: Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences or English. Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken English (TOEFL/IELTS scores preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Editorial Expertise: Familiarity with AMA Manual of Style and client-specific editorial guides. Must-Have Skills Strong attention to detail with proven editing and proofreading experience. Ability to work under strict deadlines in a collaborative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication. Leadership abilities to mentor, guide, and provide feedback to peers. Consistent track record of delivering error-free documents. Good-to-Have Skills Prior client-facing or client call participation experience. Experience in designing and delivering training sessions. Exposure to continuous improvement or process optimization projects. Contribution to knowledge management and documentation initiatives.
