Senior SAP Quality Assurance Lead

The Senior SAP Quality Assurance Lead is a critical leadership position responsible for defining, driving, and upholding quality standards across all SAP programs and implementations. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization's delivery excellence in SAP projects by establishing and implementing a robust QA governance framework. Your focus will be on aligning with SAP Activate, PMO best practices, and SAP Quality Award criteria to elevate the organization as a benchmark in SAP project delivery. Your responsibilities will include defining and leading the organization-wide SAP QA governance framework, establishing quality gates and controls throughout the project lifecycle, leading internal readiness for SAP Quality Awards, overseeing audits and continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as an escalation point for quality concerns and risks. Additionally, you will guide project teams in adopting Activate methodology, coach delivery managers on compliance standards, present QA health reports to leadership and customers, and represent the company in external evaluation and benchmarking studies. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in SAP program delivery, with at least 5 years in QA or Governance leadership roles. A proven track record of achieving or submitting for SAP Quality Awards, expert-level understanding of SAP Activate methodology, experience in setting up QA frameworks and quality dashboards, and strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels are essential. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills are required, along with SAP Certification (PM, Activate, or module-specific) and additional certifications like PMP, Prince2, or ITIL being advantageous.
