Senior SAP Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:

The Senior SAP Quality Assurance Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining, driving, and enforcing quality standards across all SAP programs and implementations. This role acts as the custodian of SAP delivery excellence, embedding governance practices and ensuring full alignment with SAP Activate, PMO best practices, and SAP Quality Award criteria. The objective is to position the organization as a benchmark in SAP project delivery through operational rigor and quality recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the organization-wide SAP QA governance framework.
• Establish quality gates and enforce controls across project lifecycle (Prepare to Run).
• Lead internal readiness for SAP Quality Awards from qualification to submission.
• Oversee cross-project audits, risk assessments, and continuous quality improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery quality concerns, non-compliance, or major risks.
• Guide project teams in embedding Activate methodology and best practices.
• Coach delivery managers, architects, and PMOs on audit and compliance standards.
• Present QA health reports to executive leadership and customers.
• Represent the company in external award evaluations and benchmarking studies.
• Build a center of excellence (CoE) for QA practices across SAP programs.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 12+ years in SAP program delivery, with 5+ years in QA or Governance leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or submitting for SAP Quality Awards.
• Expert-level understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle.
• Experience setting up QA frameworks and quality dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills from PM to CXO level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• SAP Certification (PM, Activate, or module-specific) strongly preferred.
• PMP/Prince2/ITIL or similar certification is a plus.
