We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with strong Time Management expertise to support one of our key clients on a remote, full-time contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will be able to join immediately or on very short notice and work independently with business and technical teams.

• Lead and support SAP HCM Time Management processes, including configuration, enhancements and issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain work schedules, absence/attendance types, quotas, time evaluation schemas and PCRs.
• Integrate Time Management with Payroll and other HCM sub-modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and provide expert-level guidance on best practices in SAP Time Management.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on Time Management.
• Hands-on experience in time schemas, PCRs, time evaluation, absence/attendance, quota generation, and related configurations.
• Practical experience integrating Time Management with Payroll (India or global) and other HCM areas.
• Strong experience in support projects, change requests, incident management and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with business users and client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver within deadlines.
• Immediate joiner or max very short notice is mandatory.

• Mode: Remote (work from home)
• Engagement: Full-time (8 hours/day)
• Duration: 6-2 months, extendable]
• Compensation: Competitive contract rate, based on experience and interview performance.
