Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, custom objects, and screen flows.
• Build and optimize workflow/process automation: Extensive experience building and maintaining all types of Flows.
• Lead error analysis and troubleshooting: debug logs, error messages, validation failures, flow errors.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ: pricing rules, quote templates, product rules, approval processes.
• Troubleshoot and implement integrations with NetSuite, Boomi, DocuSign, Jira, Outlook, Power Query, 6sense, Oktopost, ZoomInfo.
• Manage API and REST integrations: setup, troubleshooting, security tokens, named credentials.
• Leveraging Salesforce Einstein AI to deliver predictive insights and enhance customer engagement.
• Designing and implementing customer communities using Salesforce Community Builder.
• Oversee data loads, deduplication, field mapping, formula fields, reporting, and advanced dashboard creation.
• Understand sales, support, and marketing processes: lead lifecycle, opportunity management, campaign attribution, case management.
• Apply knowledge of territory assignment, vertical/sub-vertical mapping, account/product hierarchy, and approval routing to optimize CRM configuration, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate data for reporting.
• Respond to user requests, troubleshoot, and explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, legal, finance, IT, product, and external vendors.
• Document business requirements, process docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Manage cross-functional projects, SOWs, and vendor relationships from requirements gathering through delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and Admin experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required, CPQ Specialist and Administrator certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in translate business requirements into sustainable solutions
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and support business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and vendor relationships.
