Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Mumbai & Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Mumbai or Bangalore . This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Salesforce CRM development , including Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and system integration. You will be responsible for delivering scalable and customized Salesforce solutions across various clouds and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using Apex , LWC , Visualforce , and SOQL/SOSL . Implement Omni-Channel capabilities using Lightning Components , Events , and Templates . Create and manage Flows , automation rules, approval processes, and workflow rules. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs . Manage deployments, debugging, and performance tuning across environments. Handle user roles, profiles, permissions, and security controls. Collaborate with frontend teams on React/Angular integration projects. Leverage Data Cloud and Salesforce features for efficient data and process handling. Work on solutions involving Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Financial Cloud . Contribute to Agile teams and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Utilize Open CTI , UX integration tools, and advanced Salesforce DevOps practices when required. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on development experience on Salesforce.com . Minimum 2 years of experience with Omni-Channel and Lightning Components . Strong proficiency in Visualforce , Apex , and Process Builder/Flows . Solid understanding of Salesforce integration and working with external APIs. Practical experience with Data Cloud and third-party system integrations. Expertise in Salesforce configuration custom objects, page layouts, roles, profiles, and dashboards. Knowledge of React/Angular integration with Salesforce (preferred). Experience with Open CTI and UX enhancements (good to have). Familiarity with Service Cloud implementation and customer-facing interfaces . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Prior experience in enterprise application development is an added advantage.
