Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer (AWS+P2P) at NTT DATA in Mumbai/Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will play a critical role in designing, enhancing, and implementing effective and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, proposing software design, guiding software developers, defining standard database design, and providing production support. You will need to set standards for software design and development. Additionally, you will work closely with clients in project delivery and pre-sales/solution consulting conversations. Your knowledge of integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems is essential to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate clearly and drive outcomes effectively - Understand and analyze client needs, break down problems, and present solutions in project delivery and solution consulting conversations - Lead a team of 6-8 people, especially in project delivery - Demonstrate solution concepts via demos/Proof-Of-Concept (POC) within 1-2 days - Extensive experience in integration with AWS platform and P2P Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience - End-to-end implementation experience across Sales and Service Cloud - Design, configure, develop, document, test, and implement solutions on Salesforce.com platform - Experience with data migration and developing coding standards - Proficiency in APIs, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Visual Workflow, SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, XML, SOQL, SOSL, and SQL - Experience with system administration, user management, environment planning, and workflow configuration - Preferred skills include Salesforce Certifications, familiarity with JIRA, Release Management Tools, Agile Project methodology, and strong communication and collaboration skills About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
