Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Salesforce Sales applications at Dbiz, implementing tailored solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations. Your role will involve solution design, administration, custom development, testing, documentation, collaboration, compliance, and architecture alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions using Salesforce and related technologies to meet business needs. - Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform. - Develop using Lightning web components and maintain custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning. - Support build-out of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Provide technical specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation, adhering to security and organizational standards. - Work with development teams to design and deploy Salesforce applications, integrating with other platforms. - Ensure all solutions align with Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture frameworks, and governance models. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and managing a team. - Proven knowledge of Salesforce architectural concepts and functional roles. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
