As a member of the Freviya Healthcare team, you will be contributing to our mission of helping people achieve better health through natural methods. With over 29 years of experience in the weight loss and wellness industry, we combine modern diet science with Ayurvedic and Naturopathic approaches for sustainable results. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media for recruitment and hiring purposes. - Conducting initial screening and interviews, coordinating final interviews and hiring decisions with department heads. - Maintaining and updating candidate databases. - Providing new joiners with basic orientation and training scripts. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and communication standards. - Assisting in skill development and motivation sessions for staff. - Maintaining accurate attendance and leave records. - Calculating monthly salaries, incentives, and deductions. - Coordinating with accounts for salary processing. - Tracking probation periods, appraisals, and bonus eligibility. - Handling employee queries and concerns professionally. - Maintaining proper documentation of HR processes. - Assisting management in implementing performance-based policies. To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or equivalent field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, human resources, or admin roles. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualities include being: - Extrovert and talkative. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Positive attitude and ability to multitask. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of incentives and sales staff coordination.
