• Create quotations and proposals in Salesforce CRM.
• Enter commercial calculations based on inputs from Account Managers, Project Managers, and Service Owners.
• Start and track workflow approval processes (up to STC status).
• Generate offers from Salesforce using the correct templates.
• Export and edit offers in PDF and Word formats.
• Create amendments (incremental/decremental) to existing orders.
• Create credit notes and debit notes as requested.
• Support management reporting with accurate data.
• Communicate with stakeholders such as P&P teams, project managers, and service owners.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental operational tasks.

Qualification & Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
