About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Officers to join our growing team in Kolkata and Howrah. This role is strictly for professionals with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or Automobile sector, specializing in B2B sales and channel partner development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new channel partners, dealers, and B2B clients within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and institutional clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client segments.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment, after-sales support, and partner training.
• Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Required Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 2 years of full-time sales experience in the EV or Automobile industry (mandatory)
✅ Proven track record in B2B sales and channel partner acquisition
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills✅ Sound knowledge of the local market (Kolkata/Howrah region)✅ Must be comfortable with field work and travel within the assigned territory✅ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
