Job Description

As a Sales Executive at CVPL (Conceptreneur Ventures Pvt. Ltd.), you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling medical equipment and devices to a diverse clientele. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering compelling product presentations, negotiating sales agreements, and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by management. Additionally, you will provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. You will be required to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies effectively. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams, you will align sales strategies to improve the overall customer experience. Timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients will be essential to maintain engagement and explore new business opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 1 year of experience in medical sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients are key attributes for success in this position. Flexibility in work timings, professional growth opportunities, and exposure to diverse clients are some of the benefits offered at CVPL. The office is located at Unit 40, Shah Industrial Estate, Govandi, Mumbai, with shift timings from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Reporting functionally to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to work closely with top management in driving sales strategies and achieving business objectives. The role may involve travel based on client requirements, with a traveling allowance provided accordingly. It is important to note that the job is non-transferable and the company's current focus is primarily within the Mumbai region.
