Senior Sales Officer - Baroda UPC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for market functions including territory planning, seizing market opportunities, engaging with distributors, managing trade spends, and ensuring in-store visibility. Additionally, you will lead and motivate the sales team, coach on sales and distribution systems, implement training interventions, and recruit FSAs. You will also handle administrative tasks such as paperwork submission and coordination with CFA and distributors.
