Job Summary
Orange Printers Pvt Ltd is a leading Commercial Printing and Packaging solutions company headquartered at Trivandrum, Kerala with operations based in multiple locations.

We are seeking a capable candidate for the role of SeniorSales and Marketing Officer who identifies Sales and Development opportunity for the company, creating a strategy, approaching potential opportunities to convert them into business and Building excellent business relationships with clients while representing the company in its true spirit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Utilize materials provided to systematically call upon all businesses in the given area to create business leads.
• Develop a personal rapport with your customers to become a valuable resource for any item in the printing and advertising field.
• Have a good grasp of product information so as to recommend the best solution to a customer for their printing needs.
• Carefully record all information necessary to produce an accurate and timely estimate.
• Prepare estimates so the customer has a clear understanding of the scope of work covered and the limitations of the activity to which the Orange Printers is being contracted for.
• Skilled at handling objections, offering alternative, and closing the sale.
• Adequately communicates the scope of the work and needs of the customer to the Designers and Production staff.
• Skilled at selling the customer on the value of our products and services and not on low pricing.
• Follows up on outstanding estimates and seeks to close at all times.
• Offers suggestions for more efficient marketing activity, marketing materials, and potential specials or events to promote.
• Analyse the changes in the market area to stay ahead of activity that may produce changes in print.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in printing & packaging sales, marketing along with estimation
• Good communication and people management skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Must be easy-going, adaptable, quality conscious and professional.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Well organized and people person with excellent phone handling skills
• Able to cross sell and up sell products and services
• Knowledge and application of printing concepts
• Able to work collaboratively
• High energy level
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
