Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for residential plots and projectsMeet prospective customers and showcase project featuresClose sales and ensure proper documentationAchieve monthly sales targets consistentlyBuild strong client relationships and referrals
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales (plots, residential or commercial)
Strong communication and negotiation skillsProven track record of achieving sales targetsSelf-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality
