Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned geography. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing/servicing POS Agents according to the agreed mix and policy. - Developing the Agency Channel in the assigned location. - Coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing. - Conducting induction training and coordinating with the sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for the respective POS. - Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS. - Developing and executing strategies to reach out to various market segments. You will also be managing the Agency Channel by: - Monitoring Agent performance based on common variables such as segment way to the market - Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintaining a high active percentage of POS. - Controlling Attrition of POS Agents. - Ensuring high productivity of the team and POS, and managing the right level of channel engagement with the POS. Additionally, your responsibilities will include channel servicing by: - Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all departments for the same. - Working on various market dynamics and providing feedback for improvement in the internal organization to cope up with the same. - Managing loss ratios. You will also be responsible for compliance & hygiene by: - Ensuring compliance with external bodies and other authorities. - Ensuring internal compliance. - Managing cheque bounce recovery and business pendency. Other responsibilities will be assigned as per the KPI and growth factors.,
