Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate, located in Noida. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves daily interaction with clients, property showings, negotiations, and closing deals. The individual will also be responsible for market research, sales forecasting, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Sales Management
  • Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client interaction
  • Knowledge and experience in Real Estate market and property dealings
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience with sales forecasting and market research is a plus
