Job Summary

Senior Sales Professional


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of luxury villas and premium real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Develop and expand a strong professional network within real estate, investment, and finance sectors.
  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic connections.
  • Present properties professionally, highlighting luxury features, investment value, and long-term returns.
  • Coordinate with investment advisors, finance professionals, and channel partners to close property deals.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and post-sale support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, luxury real estate demand, and competitor offerings.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    5–10 years of experience

    in sales, preferably in

    luxury real estate, luxury products, or high-end services

  • Prior experience handling premium or high-value clients is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of property sales, investment models, and financing options.
  • Existing network of HNIs, investors, or finance professionals will be a strong advantage.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
