Job Description

Senior Sales Manager a High-Rise Residential Project

Develop and expand a strong
Channel Partner & Broker Network
across Tricity with a focus on Zirakpur and Peer Muchalla.
Drive sales for high-rise residential apartments through channel partners, direct clients, and corporate tie-ups.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and events to promote the property and attract potential buyers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers, investors, and HNI clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, digital outreach, and branding activities.
Analyse market trends, competitor projects, and buyer behaviour to enhance sales strategy.
Monitor team performance, guide sales executives, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum
7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
, preferably handling
high-rise residential projects
.
Strong and active
Channel Partner network in Tricity (Zirakpur, Peer Muchalla preferred)
.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership qualities with experience managing a sales team.
Sound knowledge of current real estate market trends and buyer expectations.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
Rs. 6,00,000 to Rs.10,00,000 per annum (based on experience & performance).
