Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers / Executives in the DirectChannel.

Achieve business targets by driving sales performance and ensuring consistent growth.

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing portfolios.

Ensure high levels of team productivity through motivation, performance tracking, and skill enhancement.

Conduct regular sales reviews, performance analysis, and field visits to ensure business objectives are met.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure superior serviceand retention.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and audit guidelines

Preferred candidate profile:
