Role Overview
As a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager, you will: • Drive residential property sales and achieve monthly revenue targets • Consult and convert HNI clients through personalized service • Manage digital inquiries and guide buyers through available options • Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users • Negotiate deals and advise clients on market trends and pricing • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales service
What We’re Looking For
• 3–12 years of hardcore sales experience (real estate preferred) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience dealing with HNI clients • A positive attitude and strong drive for success • Ownership of a bike or car with valid documents
