Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of ceramic chemicals and related products
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience with market analysis and research
• Leadership skills and the ability to work within a team
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
• Bachelor's degree in Science / Ceramic technology is mandatory.
• Experience in selling chemicals to the Bangladesh Ceramics industry
