Urgent opening for Team Leader - Direct Channel

Role & responsibilities

1. Selling for life insurance product
2. Drive Business through the team by motivating, coaching and guiding them towards achieving sales targets.
3. Monitor team performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Conduct joint field calls with team members to support and train them.
5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues
6. Company will be provide 70 to 80% data for calling
7. Your job role be on call explain customer about insurance policy and benefit & approach them for buying insurance and take new reference from them
8. Making appointment and visit them
9. Mainly daily sales report to superior manager

Preferred candidate profile

Min 1 years and 3 years in life insurance sales

CTC upto 5.5 LPA
