Senior Sales Manager

Responsible for bringing in business to the hotel by finding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find new corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Meet sales targets and increase hotel revenue.
• Prepare and send sales reports to management.
• Guide and support the sales team to achieve their targets.
• Plan and implement sales strategies and promotions.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of hotel sales experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
