About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to close high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on quality sales leads
• Conduct client meetings and property/site visits
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable options
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain sales records and provide daily updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client handling and follow-ups
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Own vehicle preferred for site visits
