About The Opportunity
Join a consultative sales team that partners with clients to drive revenue, expand accounts, and deliver tailored solutions. You will own business development and retention for strategic accounts, translating client needs into offers and closing high-impact deals while working closely with delivery and operations teams.Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales for assigned territories/key accounts: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans that expand wallet share, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and shorten sales cycles.
- Build and maintain strong client relationshipsserve as trusted advisor, manage stakeholder expectations, and secure long-term contracts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM; produce timely sales reports and insights to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate with delivery, operations, and marketing to create compelling proposals, customized demos, and winning commercial terms.
- Represent the company at on-site client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to generate high-quality leads.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- 36 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotapreferably in consulting, services, or solutions sales.
- Strong account/territory management skills with experience using CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities with client-facing experience on-site.
- Preferred:
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients and working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Familiarity with channel partner engagement, proposal creation, and contract structuring.
- Strong analytical skills, comfort with sales reporting (Excel), and an outcomes-driven, consultative selling approach.
