Job Description

We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive for Shillong, Meghalaya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials sales, a robust local network, and the drive to grow business across Meghalaya and the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business through strong engagement with Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Dealers
• Establish and manage a dealer/distributor network across Shillong and surrounding regions
• Identify and pursue opportunities in private and government infrastructure projects
• Conduct thorough territory mapping by application, segment, and potential
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high service standards

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales (Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate sector preferred)
• Strong network of channel partners, architects, engineers, and project contractors
• Proven skills in business development, client management, and sales strategy execution
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions
